This was a site of a detached house, with outline planning to build A new block of 7 apartments, comprising of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats. Planning conditions had to be discharged, and after tendering process, we chose Diamond Construction Ltd, who commenced on site in mid December 2021. 

Each flat will have open plan kitchen, and the ground floor flats will benefit from landscaped gardens. Upper floors will have balconies. All flats will be very light and airy, with electric car provision, a number of parking spaces and bicycle storage. This will be very attractive in the area in comparison to other new builds. We are also offering these on Help-to-Buy scheme.

Planned completion is 1st Oct 2022
